Combustion System Of Gas Stove

The combustion system of a gas stove consists of a flame distributor (furnace cover, fire cover) + burner head + valve body switch + gas conduit (gas pipe) + ignition needle and wire + thermocouple flameout protection and induction needle connection wire. The structure of each component complements each other, and each component must not have any faults or flaws. If a certain component fails, the entire combustion system will not be able to operate normally.

The operating principle of the combustion system of a gas stove is very simple. Domestic gas is connected to the gas stove joint through a gas pipe, allowing the gas to flow into the inside of the stove. When we press the ignition switch of the gas stove during daily use, the current inside the stove valve body is connected, and at the same time the burner ignition needle It produces a continuous ignition sound of "pop, pop, pop, pop..." with the flame distributor cover. At the same time, the gas also quickly flows from the gas pipe through the valve body and then into the burner head. Finally, it is ejected through the flame distributor. When it encounters the spark generated by the ignition needle, it ignites normally. After burning, we turn the knob to adjust the firepower we need and then let go. Once the entire gas stove has been ignited and is burning normally, you can start cooking food.

The combustion system of gas stoves is a core structural component. Therefore, when we choose a gas stove, we choose a stove with a perfectly designed combustion system to make our family feel more at ease, comfortable and satisfied when using it.
What kind of gas stove combustion system is best?
1. Sensitive ignition, ignites quickly and burns normally within 0 to 3 seconds of a single ignition.
2. The large and small fires can be adjusted accurately and finely. When the high fire is completely burning, the stove knob and panel will not be hot to the touch, and when the low fire is burning, the stove will not be turned off at will.
3. When burning, the flame will all appear sky blue, and the flame will have no flashover, backfire, hanging flame (flame separation), deflagration, or red and yellow flame.
4. The materials of the burner head and flame distributor will not be deformed or oxidized due to temperature changes. The combustion system has good heat dissipation. The flame distributor, burner head, and furnace frame materials in contact with the flame must have a temperature resistance of up to 700 degrees Celsius.
5. If the stove accidentally flames out due to normal combustion, it can quickly and automatically cut off the gas within 60 seconds to prevent continued gas leakage.
6. The combustion system must have a dual-channel control valve with good air tightness. The automatic control valve must have a gas leakage of less than 0.56 under a pressure of 4.2kPa.
7. The carbon monoxide concentration in the dry flue gas during the combustion process of gas stoves is less than 0.05%, there is no black smoke, and the noise during combustion is less than 65 decibels.
8. The combustion body of the flame distributor of the combustion stove is easy to disassemble, install and clean.
