Precautions When Using Gas Stoves

Note 1: When igniting a gas stove with a thermocouple flameout protection device, after successful ignition, let the flame on the gas stove burner burn for 1 to 3 seconds before releasing the knob switch. Some users often release the knob switch of the gas stove as soon as it catches fire when using it, causing the gas stove to turn off when they let go. In fact, the gas stove flameout in this situation is related to the gas stove thermocouple flameout protection sensing device. The thermocouple flameout protection induction relies on the positive electric load generated by the burning flame of the stove to be transmitted to the electromagnetic device inside the gas stove valve body assembly through the flameout induction needle and transmission line. The solenoid valve can only open the internal valve after receiving the electrical particles, and the gas Only then can it flow through the burner through the valve pipe to form a combustion process. Due to the influence of the internal power circuit of the stove, the kitchen environment, etc., the solenoid valve opening time of the gas stove varies! Therefore, if we hold down the gas stove switch for a few seconds, we can give it more time to open the valve and increase the ignition success rate.

Note 2: The top of the gas stove burner and the fire cover must be kept clean at all times, and at the same time, avoid soup water from entering the inside of the gas stove. In our daily use of gas stoves, it is inevitable that the gas stove will be dirty and soup and water will be spilled. But every time we use the gas stove, we need to clean up the dirt and soup on the gas stove in time. Because dirt attached to the burner or gas fire cover for a long time will corrode the burner and block the burner, causing the gas stove to fail to burn normally and cause red fire or backfire. When soup water enters the inside of a gas stove, it is easy to cause a short circuit in the internal circuit. There will be no sparks during ignition, and the gas stove cannot ignite normally. If there is dirt next to the sensor needle and ignition needle of the gas stove, it will directly cause ignition difficulties and failure to ignite normally. By doing good hygiene in time, we can extend the service life of the gas stove burner and fire cover, thereby making the gas stove have a longer service life and less failure rate.

Note 3: Be careful not to hit or bump the four sides of the tempered glass gas stove panel. One characteristic of tempered glass is that its hardness is relatively higher than that of ordinary glass, and after high-temperature treatment, its pressure resistance and cold and heat resistance are better than ordinary glass, but this does not mean that tempered glass will not break. Although tempered glass is used on gas stoves, many gas stove manufacturers often use explosion-proof treatment. This will only prevent the panel from causing damage to the user and the environment when it bursts, but it does not prevent possible rupture. The four sides of tempered glass are the most vulnerable parts of the entire panel, so pay attention to prevent collisions. At the same time, the entire panel must also avoid being hit by sharp objects. The small impact area will directly cause the entire glass to break together.
