Gas Stove Repair Method
1. The igniter does not produce sparks. The piezoelectric ceramic positive machine of the natural igniter does not produce sparks, so that the cooktop cannot ignite. This kind of fault is mainly caused by the disconnection of the wire connected to the positive electrode of the piezoelectric ceramic by the automatic switch, and the wire can be used for reliable connection again. In addition, if the piezoelectric ceramic positive electrode (that is, the metal round rod) is contaminated or corroded, resulting in poor contact, it will also cause difficulty in ignition. At this time, the metal round rod can be pulled out, wiped off the dirt with fine sandpaper, and then inserted.
2. There are sparks but cannot ignite. Sometimes the distance between the piezoelectric ceramic positive electrode and the stove negative electrode is too far or too close, so that the spark cannot ignite the gas. The distance should be adjusted to about 4 mm. In addition, the gas nozzle on the side near the igniter is blocked by exudates or other foreign objects, which will also cause no ignition or difficulty in ignition. At this time, it is only necessary to remove the blockage in the nozzle.
