The function of the components of the gas cooker

Valve body assembly: mainly used for gas passage damper, pulse ignition switch control and gas flow regulation.

Solenoid valve: used to control the opening and closing of the gas circuit, prevent the leakage of gas, and play a role in safety protection. The working voltage is three volts.

Micro switch: used to turn on and off the working power of the pulse igniter.

Pulse igniter: used for ignition of gas stove, detecting flame signal, and outputting suction and maintenance voltage of solenoid valve. It is composed of ignition circuit, flame signal detection feedback circuit and control circuit. When the micro switch is closed, the pulse is ignited, the solenoid valve suction and maintenance voltage are output, and the feedback needle detects the flame signal. When the flame signal is detected, the feedback circuit works , so that the solenoid valve maintains the pull-in, when an accidental flameout occurs, the feedback needle does not detect the flame signal, and the solenoid valve is automatically closed to prevent gas leakage, and the alarm starts to alarm.
